Your Magazine Is Sent
Your magazine is mailed to your target market. This tried and true marketing medium produces results by delivering your artfully designed and clearly written marketing message right to your home owner or potential buyer’s mailbox.
Google Network Ads
We build beautiful ads designed to match your magazine campaign and run these ads throughout the Google Ad Network within your farming area. We “accelerate” these ads in an effort to drive as much traffic to your website or custom built landing page as possible, to start our online follow-up program for you.
Every prospect who visits your website or custom landing page following your direct mail campaign is funneled into an automatic follow-up system. Through our partnership with Google, text and image ads matching your magazine follow your website visitors around the internet after they leave your site. So if prospects don’t take the desired action (call you directly or fill out a form) on your landing page the first time, you stay in front of them until they do. No leads left behind.
Phone Call Tracking
We use a unique phone number to track the number of calls your mailing generates. You can use this data to gauge the effectiveness of different strategies and marketing messages. It also records calls so you can check for quality in your lead reception and sales processes.
Facebook & Instagram Integration
Your website or custom landing page gets assigned a unique tracking code (also known as Pixel) for Facebook. This code is completely invisible and has no impact on how the page looks or how it acts. A visitor of the page gets a unique “cookie” assigned to their browser once Facebook or Instagram identifies them as an active user. When the user logs into Facebook or Instagram, they will be shown an ad for you right in their Newsfeed, where they’re more likely to interact and view the ad.
We take your mailing list and MATCH each name with their Facebook or Instagram user accounts. Now your target market will not only receive the magazine but will simultaneously be delivered the SAME message on their Facebook feed, even before they see you in their mailbox!
