Your Branded Magazine Is Sent

Your personally branded magazine is mailed to your target market. This tried and true marketing medium will help solidify your brand and reputation through this artfully designed and clearly written marketing message right to your home owner or potential buyer’s mailbox.

Step 2

Google Network Ads

We build beautiful ads designed to match your magazine campaign and run these ads throughout the Google Ad Network within your farming area. We “accelerate” these ads in an effort to drive as much traffic to your website as possible, to start our online follow-up program for you.

Online Follow-up

Every prospect who visits your website following your direct mail campaign is funneled into an automatic follow-up system. Through our partnership with Google, text and image ads matching your magazine follow your website visitors around the internet after they leave your site. So if prospects don’t take the desired action (call you directly or fill out a form) on your website the first time, you stay in front of them until they do. No leads left behind.

Step 4

Phone Call Tracking

We use a unique phone number to track the number of calls your mailing generates. You can use this data to gauge the effectiveness of different strategies and marketing messages. It also records calls so you can check for quality in your lead reception and sales processes.

Facebook & Instagram Integration

Your website gets assigned a unique tracking code (also known as Pixel) for Facebook. This code is completely invisible and has no impact on how the page looks or how it acts. A visitor of the page gets a unique “cookie” assigned to their browser once Facebook or Instagram identifies them as an active user. When the user logs into Facebook or Instagram, they will be shown an ad for you right in their Newsfeed, where they’re more likely to interact and view the ad.

Social Matching

We take your mailing list and MATCH each name with their Facebook or Instagram user accounts. Now your target market will not only receive the magazine but will simultaneously be delivered the SAME message on their Facebook feed, even before they see you in their mailbox!

We are able to achieve a 40% to 60% match rate with your list.

LeadMatch®

You never knew who came to your website from your mailing… until now!

TNC is bringing you an advanced measurement solution system able to track and record exactly who visited your website as a result of your mailing, regardless of whether or not they took an action. In addition, LEADMatch gives you the opportunity to mail to website visitors who came not as a result of your mailing.

Wouldn’t you like to know who visited your website as a result of your mailing? TNC now has an advanced measurement solution able to track and measure the effectiveness of all media including direct mail.

LeadMatch Allows You To:

  • GET A LIST of who came to your website from the mailing list and what actions they took.

  • MAIL TO UNIQUE VISITORS who came to your website who weren’t on your mailing list.
