Today, I’m going to walk through your TNC Wired dashboard. I’ll show you how to log in, check the progress of your campaign, and get an overview of our program.
Start by going to TNCWired.com/login. Type in your TNCWired email address and password and click login. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the magazines or postcards that have been mailed out each month. If you scroll to the right you’ll see your most recent magazine or postcard art.
On the left hand you’ll see the total number of magazine pieces you have mailed out to your farm.
Below are your lead matches. This represents your total number of leads. These are people who have been to your website and we have captured their mailing address. If you click the button ‘Get Leads’ we can send you those leads to expand your real estate business.
The next section is ‘Call Tracking.’ You may or may not have opted in for this feature. When you get call tracking through us we create a phone number that connects to your own phone number. People who have received your magazine or seen your real estate ads on Facebook and Google can reach out to you directly through this number. You can see the total number of calls you’ve received and the graph breaks down when you received the calls. You can also see where the calls were made from on our map feature. Details on the length of the call, phone number, and a recording are also available.
The next area is ‘Smart Targeting’ where you’ll see the results of your Google display ads including the total number of impressions and clicks. These people are are added to your follow up list. These followers received a cookie after visiting your website, which we use to show them your ads. As your campaign grows in the early stages this will turn into ‘Campaign Accelerator.’ This is used to give your campaign a boost in order to reach the 150-200 unique visitors on your website. Once you’ve hit this mark we’re retargeting people on your follow up list. No matter where in the Google display network they are they will continue to be followed by your ads.
Below ‘Campaign Accelerator’ you have ‘Online Follow Up.’ This shows how many times people on your follow up list have seen and clicked through your ads. Next, you will see the Google banner ads used on your campaigns.
Then, we have ‘Social Media’ where you can see how many people are on your follow up list and how many times your ads have been displayed. Our social media section offers more in-depth information. You can see who has viewed and clicked your ads according to their age and gender. Lastly, we have ‘Social Match’. This is where we match up to 50% of the people on your mailing list with an active social media account. These individuals get to see your ad four days before the mail date, which gives them familiarity with you and your brand before they receive the magazine making the connection to your ads much stronger.
